1.　お鍋（フライパンでもOK）に1cmくらいのお水と卵を入れ蓋をして火にかける。
2.　沸騰したら中火で5分、火を消し3分放置する。
3.　冷水につけなくても、アツアツのままでもキレイに殻が剥けちゃいます！

この3ステップで驚くほどにつるつるに殻が剥ける。
伊藤家とかそんなチャチな技じゃない。
やばい。
